Absolutely fabulous product. I purchased it for myself initially as I get bad eczema on my hands, instantly it stops the itching from flare ups and soothes the dryness between my fingers. Have also been using it on my babies nappy rash. Love the stuff and it smells wonderful.

I used this pre and post surgery for the removal and reconstruction for a basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) on my nose. Six weeks later the surgeon was most impressed with how well I healed & I can hardly see where the cancer was. Would also love to see this product packaged in a tube which would improve sanitation (I used cotton buds to apply the balm so as not to contaminate the whole tin with my fingers).
